Hundreds of prototypes. Fifteen factories tested for parts most people will never see. Almost every component inside is bespoke. From the metals and polymers to the phase-change materials at the core, most are being used in ways nobody had tried before. Each behaves differently under heat and cold. Each demanded its own development. Every detail decided deliberately, then tested, then often decided again.
