KYLA is a Swedish performance brand that makes palm-cooling tools used between efforts in training. The first product, KYLA Performance, is a pair of cooling handles held during rest periods to draw heat from the body through the palms, helping athletes hold output across repeated efforts. Designed in Sweden, made in Germany.

Key facts: The palm is one of the body's most efficient heat-release zones. The tool is engineered to work around 14 degrees C, because colder makes the vessels in the palm constrict and slows heat transfer. It is not an ice pack and not cold therapy. No batteries, no screens. The internal construction is patent pending. Sold as pairs, one handle for each palm.

Evidence position: the mechanism (palm cooling and pre-cooling) is established in peer-reviewed sport science, including Bongers et al. 2014 in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. KYLA's own product measurements are first-party and early, published openly with their limitations on the methodology page. An independent university study is underway. KYLA deliberately under-claims: the tool does not replace the work, it lets more of the work count.
