By accessing or using getkyla.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place orders.
About KYLA
KYLA AB is a Swedish company. We design and sell KYLA Performance, a temperature-regulating tool used during athletic training.

Products and pricing
All products are described on our website to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. Prices include VAT for orders within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT, and customs duties may apply upon delivery (see our Shipping Policy).
Orders and payment
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email.
Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, including credit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, and others.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.
Pre-orders
KYLA Performance is currently sold as a pre-order. The expected delivery date is June 2026. You are paying at the time of order to reserve a unit from the first production run.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
If significant delays occur beyond June 2026, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
Warranty
KYLA Performance is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. If a product develops a defect during the warranty period due to normal use, we will replace it at no cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@getkyla.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Intellectual property
All content on getkyla.com, including text, images, logos, designs, and the KYLA Performance product design, is the property of KYLA AB or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The KYLA name and logo are trademarks of KYLA AB.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYLA AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
KYLA Performance is a tool designed to support thermal regulation during training. It is not a medical device. If you have a health condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. We are not responsible for outcomes related to athletic performance, recovery, or health.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish law or under EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
If you are a consumer in another EU member state, you may have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@getkyla.com to resolve any dispute directly.
EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
