Shipping Policy

Where we ship

KYLA ships worldwide. We deliver to addresses in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and most other countries. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, contact us at hello@getkyla.com.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your location. You will see an estimated delivery window at checkout and receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Sweden and the EU: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch
  • United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 5 to 10 business days
  • North America: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days

Pre-orders

KYLA Performance is currently available for pre-order. The first production run is limited to 1,500 units, with 500 reserved for founding athletes.

Expected delivery: June 2026.

Pre-orders ship from our German warehouse as soon as the first production run is complete. We will email you with shipping confirmation and tracking when your order is dispatched. If anything changes about the timeline, we will notify you directly before any delays affect your order.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow the delivery step by step. If you have not received your tracking email within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. The carrier or local customs office will contact you if duties are owed before delivery.

If you have specific questions about customs charges for your country, contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@getkyla.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, send a replacement.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@getkyla.com with photos of the damage. We will replace your product at no additional cost.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
